To use BLAST, you must:

  • Not be on any sanctions list or otherwise prohibited from transacting

You represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We may require verification of your age and identity at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Prediction Market Transactions

BLAST facilitates prediction market transactions using blockchain technology. You understand and agree that:

  • All transactions involve real cryptocurrency (ETH) and real financial risk
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
  • Market outcomes are determined by designated resolvers
  • Platform fees may apply to transactions

RISK WARNING: Prediction markets involve significant risk of loss. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
  • Manipulate market outcomes or engage in market manipulation
  • Create markets on events you have inside information about or can influence
  • Use automated systems or bots without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Wallet Connection

To participate in prediction markets, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., MetaMask). By connecting your wallet, you:

  • Confirm you are the rightful owner of the wallet
  • Authorize transactions initiated through the Platform
  • Accept responsibility for securing your wallet and private keys
  • Acknowledge that lost private keys cannot be recovered

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by BLAST or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of market information, the availability of the Platform, or the security of blockchain networks. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR WHETHER WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLAST, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, but these Terms shall survive as applicable.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
